The artist Malkov Valentin Mikhailovich was born in 1956. The captain of the Guard is retired .In 1991, he joined the civilian reserve. In 1993, he worked at Vulkan as a producer in the painting sector. In 1996, he became the head of the Academy for Advanced Training and Mastery as Rector. And in 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of painting at this Academy. He also studied painting after his discharge from the USSR Armed Forces with Viktor Vasilyevich Prokofiev and Vladimir Domakhin. He made art paintings and miniatures in oil on canvas for the private collector Valentin Vasiliev, and paintings were also sold in Moscow on Stary Arbat and are stored in countries such as Denmark, Germany, Spain, France, and Russia. On January 25, 2019, he was awarded the qualification "Teacher (Teacher) of Fine Arts by the Federal Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining with the issuance of a diploma of education. He practiced teaching painting to children and the adult population of Russia.
